We’re unlike anyone else
Our commitment to superior quality, combined with the flexibility of fully customisable designs, offers an ideal solution for crafting unique spaces for your clients. Our furniture maintains an unwavering standard of excellence throughout the entire process, from manufacturing to installation. It is complemented by an extensive and harmonised collection of exceptional BoConcept finishing touches.
Design
We work with some of the most respected designers in Denmark and further afield. They’re all award-winning experts, as you would expect. But perhaps more important is our mutual interpretation of great design: elegant, well considered products that reflect our time and improve our lives.
Customisation, modularity and personalisation
We believe that our designs should never come at a cost to our customers’ individuality or lifestyle. As such, approximately 80-90% of our designs can be adapted for either size, colour, material or components. This ethos is epitomised in the brand’s unrivalled selection of over a hundred and fifty leather and fabric options.
Manufacture
Today over 90% of BoConcept’s furniture is still produced in Denmark and the rest of Europe. Moreover we have the ability to template your products and store these templates for years to come should you ever need them. This alone makes BoConcept truly unique.
History like no other
70 years of BoConcept
It all began in 1952 when two Danish cabinet makers Jens Ærthøj and Tage Mølholm decided to open a furniture factory in a small town called Herning. Their goal was not only to produce quality furniture that looked great, but to create furniture that was functional and worth every penny. Ærthøj and Mølholm got it right. Their vision transformed BoConcept from a small furniture factory to Denmark’s most global furniture chain with more than 300 successful franchised stores in more than 60 countries.
