We awarded BoConcept the contract to supply and install all the furniture, window treatments and accessories for one of our latest schemes in Covent Garden, London. From design to installation BoConcept carried out all the work on time and to a meticulously high standard. All of the units let within two months of completion and the quality of the furniture packages greatly assisted the letting of the completed units.

Since 2014 BoConcept has been a great partner having opened a retail store in our Battersea Reach development. Since then they have worked closely with our sales and design team to furnish many of our units to an excellent standard.

Following a competitive tendering process BoConcept was awarded a contract for the provision of hard furnishings for 190 apartments in our newly built residential tower in White City. The delivery and installation of furniture went without a hitch from start to finish. The programme was completed a week ahead of the schedule, which is rare in the industry, and it came on budget!

BoConcept have recently successfully installed furniture at our UNCLE Wembley project. Installation was made difficult by the Covid 19 restrictions, however BoConcept were very professional and took all the necessary precautions possible. Not only did they put the safety of their staff, our staff and residents first, they also delivered the project on time and on budget whilst providing beautiful, well design furniture which our Tenants will love.

The team at BoConcept have been great and their service has been brilliant. Right from first contact, their work on quoting and planning for the project, to coordinating delivery and install, even the after care has been fantastic. We're really happy with the furniture and believe it has been a big help to rent the flats more quickly and to secure the best tenants and the best possible prices.

We engaged BoConcept on behalf of an investment fund with a large rental block in Twickenham, South West London. As the apartments were very high-end the client wanted to use a firm with a recognisable brand, who would provide a higher level product than that available from other furniture providers. We have been delighted with BoConcept’s service in every respect.

The install was completed very quickly by trained personnel led by experienced project managers. There was zero damage to the communal areas or the apartments during the installation (usually a source of problems) and the furniture itself is fantastic. The reception from tenants has been overwhelming and the flats are achieving a significant rental premium compared to similar products in the wider market.
